The other day I was just using the pc when it froze. I rebooted and noticed that there was no water moving in the loop, and realised that the pump is no longer working. I bought this back in August last year so I was surprised that it has already failed. Swiftech said that I need to RMA it via the original retailer, or in this case Aqua cooled pc. I have sent a couple of emails and have recieved absolutely no response.

There is no phone number either so I am stuck with a dead pump for the moment, and it seems like I cannot even contact Aqua cooled pc...

We have emailed you last week with instructions for returning the pump. Check your junk mail folder and see if it went in to there. I will resend it to you now as well.
